Hello I'm on a non b visa and have x 2 children. My company only cover 1 child so I need to do the other one myself. Should i wait until my company has done our visa first?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring whether they should wait for their company's visa processing on their non-B visa before managing their second child's visa, as the company only covers one child.

Not really understanding what you’re saying here. Your company only cover one child in what sort of capacity? Paying for a visa/extension or what?
