Should I report my 90-day visa status before or after the royal cremation on October 25th?

I got a question I have to do my 90 days 25 of October the day before the royal cremation. I heard all government offices will be closed . Should I do my 90 report before or after the 25 ?

Right now the only posted holidays this month are the 13th the 23rd and the 26th.

I imagine they'll come out and say if there's gonna be more holidays.
