How can I pay the DTV visa fee after submitting my application to the Royal Thai Embassy in New Delhi?

For New Delhi embassy you pay fee on after submit, not before. You upload docs first, then click submit application, then system opens payment gateway. You can use Indian card to pay DTV fee, around forty thousand INR. You will not see pay option while still in draft.

So finish your PCC upload, review all files, then hit submit. Once submitted you get payment link and reference code. Save that receipt. Delhi embassy does not take cash or separate transfer for e visa route.

You can pay to their account directly via IMPS or pay by UPI. Remember to capture a screenshot of the payment proof and email it to the embassy else they won't process your application.

Option for payment will be visible post submission of application.

Note: if there are any mistakes in the application then start another application afresh and don't make the payment for the older one. If everything is in line, go ahead with the payment.

You do have the option to pay using UPI or bank transfer. Once you submit your application, you will see it.

In India, you are supposed to submit a demand draft in person at the consulate applicable to you.
