Does anyone know if flying from an approved country to bkk, but transiting for 2 hours via Turkey which is not one of the 46 approved country is OK and allows the no qu’a estimé scheme ?
Moreover, “Thai nationals and foreign nationals departing from Thailand to eligible countries and back to Thailand are exempted for the 21 day requirement” —> I have been in Thailand for a couple of month on a Non-immigrant visa and have a work permit. Am I considered a foreign nationals, even though I do not have the residency statut in Thailand, as my legal residence is in Switzerland?
Thank!!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original inquiry concerns the possibility of transiting through Turkey, which is not on the list of 46 approved countries, while en route to Bangkok under the no quarantine scheme. Responses confirm that transit is permissible if it lasts less than 12 hours and the traveler does not leave the airport. Additionally, the individual, holding a Non-immigrant visa and work permit in Thailand, is qualified as a foreign national exempt from the 21-day exit requirement, even with a legal residence in Switzerland.
also do you know if it’s okay to visit 2 countries before going back to thailand? So I would depart from Thailand to Dubai, then to Israel then back to Thailand. (Both are in the 46 countries list)
