Is the immigration office flexible for a few days when it comes to the "under consideration" stamp, since at the end of 30 days under consideration period, I need to leave thailand for a few days, not that the "report back" coincidences while I'm out of country.

My now: Visa is non immigrant Business.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The Thai immigration office is generally not flexible with the 'under consideration' stamp duration, which lasts 30 days. If your travel plans clash with the report back date, it is advisable to speak with immigration officials beforehand, presenting proof of your travel. You may apply for a re-entry permit if you need to leave Thailand during this period, allowing you to return without starting the visa process over. However, policies may vary by officer, so checking directly with immigration is recommended.

Gone thru that before....no they are not. But then it depends on the officer in the IO you use....better if you ask them.

I may be misreading this but it sounds like you are still inside Thailand on the day your under consideration period ends so just go on the actual date

No, they are not so flexible with the under-consideration period. Usually, you need to negotiate with the date BEFORE your extension application is accepted. All you can do is visit your immigration office and ask them with all proof of that you have to travel for a specific period. They would say no in the worst case, no downside for asking.

You may travel and back with getting a re-entry permit before you leave Thailand within the current stamp so that you can visit your I/O on the directed date. But that is only until the date on your under-consideration stamp.

Once you pass the date on your current stamp while you are out of Thailand, you need to do the whole process again from the initial visa application.

negotiations prior to under-consideration submission period, is my intention. I'm unable showing back during the last 4 days at the end under-considearation period(dont know yet exactly their end date stamp), hence would require report back shortly before or after these 4 days of the end window. Had a work permit visa for 5 years with them(paid taxes). You think this most likely should be possible?

, As I said, all you can do is ask them.

Only the cases I know of that someone could successfully "negotiate" the date was when they showed the dated ticket out AND back to Thailand - proof you are NOT in Thailand on that specific day. Someone who had return tickets but open for a return flight failed to move the date.

So it's unknown if a company business trip itinerary without fixed date tickets works or not.
