Hello members!  I need an advice.

I'm currently in Philippines and m trying to get Thai Visa. I was working there until October, and still have some things to sort out, but on arrival I got stamp on my last blank page in the passport. Is there any kind of Visa that does not require an entire blank page? citizen of Montenegro and I cannot get Visa on arrival.
