TLDR : Answer Summary
The question pertains to whether there is a time limit for returning to Thailand after traveling to France and England. The comments clarify that there were no strict requirements for a minimum stay out of the country, particularly as long as the traveler visited 'green countries'. These restrictions related to COVID-19 had already been lifted by 2021. Travelers are advised to purchase return tickets at their convenience unless they have a history of visa overstay that triggers certain reentry bans.

Buy a return ticket whenever you want…unless you were on overstay and meet one of the do not return mandates

There was never any requirement to stay out a minimum amount of time as long as you only went to green countries. But those restrictions ended a very long time ago in 2021
