TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking assistance on whether to hire a visa agent or lawyer for their visa application in Thailand. The community discussion suggests that following the visa instructions oneself could be sufficient, and many have shared their successful experiences without the need for professional help. They emphasize the importance of providing the required documents and following instructions, suggesting that hiring an agent or lawyer may not provide any additional advantages.

An agent or lawyer is going to ask you for the same documents, there isn’t a cheat code.

Give me the four items. I’ll review them and I can be your agent. For a fee 😂😂🤣😂

It's so easy, why do you need a lawyer? Just give them what they want.

I was asked for pretty much all those documents too. I just complied and in 5 days had my visa approved. I think they don’t like your nationality tbh

What are you specifically asking help for? They have four request. First, they want you to draft a letter stating your career path, how you got to where you are and where you want to go professionally. Then they want you to make copies of each page of your passport with today’s date in the image, to prove that you are still in your the geographic location (no exit stamps, etc). Want proof of the funds in a personal savings account and then want proof that you make money from your digital nomad job (payslips line up with deposits, tax forms, etc).
