TLDR : Answer Summary
To extend your 60-day visa to 90 days in Hua Hin, you should apply for the extension at the local immigration office when you have 30 days or less remaining on your entry stamp. Applying early does not shorten your current visa duration; the extension is simply added to your existing expiration date.
