Is the Thai Embassy in Ho Chi Minh City Open During the COVID-19 Outbreak?

I know this site is for and about visa advise but I'm hoping someone can tell me if the Thai embassy in Ho Chi Minh is open. I am going there end of Feb. for METV.. Can not find infor on line.. Thank you in advance BTW great infor from this site.

Don't forget the note/letter from your wife to the Thai Consulate requesting they grant you the Non O Marriage to Thai Visa.

In that case you had better to call them just before your visa run. Or follow their SNS to keep yourself updated.

you will not be able to get a METV in HCMC or in any SE Asia Thai Consulate. You must be a resident of the country where you are applying for the METV.

Are you still married to a Thai?

If you are why not get the Non O Marriage to Thai one year visa available at Savannakhet and HCMC without proof of funds in a Thai bank ???

Copy of Vietnamese Temporary/Permanent Resident Card with validity not less than 6 months.

Letter of Employment / Vietnamese Work-Permit.

It is totally hidden on the internet, but with my speciaal internet program, named Google, typed HCMC Thai Embassy, opened the page, went to about us and then office hours to see this:

Working hours / Giờ làm việc

Monday-Friday 08.30-12.00 hrs. & 13.30-17.00 hrs.

Consular section / Giờ làm việc bộ phận lãnh sự và visa :

Monday-Friday 08.30-11.30 hrs. & 13.30-15.00 hrs.
