Is the 'Safe Entry' visa system a scam or a legitimate service for entering Thailand?

Does anyone know about the ‘Safe Entry’ visa system? It’s where you pay a visa agency to ensure that when you enter Thailand by air, you’re guaranteed a visa on arrival or visa exemption.

The agency claims it’s a legitimate process – you still go through immigration as normal, but they say you’d be directed to a different, fast-track counter.

Is this a scam, or is it a legitimate service? Has anyone had experience with it?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The 'Safe Entry' visa system, where you pay an agency for assistance in obtaining a visa upon arrival or visa exemption, raises concerns among users. Some believe it might involve corrupt practices with immigration officers, while others mention that fast track services are legal but don't promise entry if conditions are not met. Community feedback indicates a mix of skepticism and acknowledgment of the system's existence, emphasizing the need for valid visas rather than relying on agency services.

Sorry I just wanted advice from many sources possible!

Since you have the visa, can you please explain. How strict the working conditions are?

Do you have to be making a minimum salary?

Also, can you have the 10,000 USD transferred to your account a few days before applying?

Legitimate? Well, you'll likely end up corrupting some officers without even realizing it. And once you do, be prepared to pay even more the next time you enter. I wouldn’t attempt it without a valid reason. Exemptions and visas are much easier to obtain these days. The only more or less legal way to enter is the fast track, but it’s really just about saving time and getting a smile. However, the fast track will unlikely allow you entry if you’ve been flagged.

There are fast track services. Free for most Business and First Class passenger plus some other groups. You can pay for these too. They cannot guarantee you anything that you do not already qualify for.

A bribe is paid to the immigration officers at the border. How else do you think it's done?

@Jim *******
its availability is at most ALL of the Thai airports which have international arrivals. Land border crossing entries require the use of an experienced border run service company for the same day return with a new STAMP.
