Is the paper visa application form still necessary in Thailand with the new E Visa system?
Because visa applications now are all through the E Visa website. Is the paper application form even necessary?
Has anyone been successful without downloading, printing, completing & then uploading the old paper form?It seems unnecessary?

Answer summary
With the introduction of the E Visa website for Thai visa applications, the necessity of the traditional paper application form has come into question. Community feedback indicates that the paper form is no longer required by some users, but it is noted that not all embassies have fully transitioned to digital processing.

I think the imperative from Thai immigration is that the E Visa system has replaced in person applications and paperwork. If you look at the website
