is the following Non-Immigration Visa Category “O-X”visa still valid if you live in the US? I want to retire in Thailand and dont want to return to the US (flights to long) or do border runs. I am in my sixties......[members only]/

You can use the Los Angeles Thai Consulate. By mail.

Very friendly staff.

Wise decision to obtain the O-X Visa.

The money in bank is YOURS TO KEEP...and earn interest too.

With the other visa...The Elite Visa .COST is you PAY 500,000 Thai baht for a 5.year visa....the money is gone.

And combo method of banked money and annual income is OK too 😉

I don't think there is a spousal provision for the O-A or O-X visas.

For the first part, yes, even if you live in Georgia. The Thai consulates don't care what state you live in
