TLDR : Answer Summary
The Chaengwattana Immigration Office is indeed the correct location for 90-day self-reporting for those holding a DTV visa in Bangkok. Visitors should bring their TM30 receipt and be aware that they may incur a fine if they are late. A map link is available for directions.
