Is TG 952 a dedicated international route for flights from Sydney to Phuket, allowing for PCR testing upon arrival?

Thai have recently introduced a direct flight to Sydney non stop.  The return flight TG 476 however goes via Bangkok and connects within an hour to TG952 to Phuket.  This is all a new route.  Is TG 952 a dedicated international “domestic” route so you do your on arrival PCR test at Phujer Airport?   Otherwise you’d have to stop over in Bangkok for a day I presume.
