Will I get a PCR test automatically upon arriving in Bangkok if I'm fully vaccinated and staying at an ASQ hotel for one night?

TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers arriving in Bangkok, Thailand, can expect to undergo a PCR test upon landing. It's currently unclear if testing occurs at the airport or at designated testing hubs or ASQ hotels. Travelers will likely need to book their tests, which can be part of hotel packages that include one night’s accommodation, meals, and testing services.

Hotels will sale full packages: transfer + 1 night + meal + PCR test, like they did for quarantine.

I don’t think this has been spelled out yet, but by the sounds of it they do not want to do the testing at the airport but at either some sort of a testing hub or your hotel....I would imagine the specifics will be posted soon
