Can I take a flight to Thailand on the same day I receive my DTV approval email?
Hello,
Let's say I get the DTV via email (not happened yet 😞 ) at something like 3pm. Can I take a 7pm flight the same day to Thailand or is the DTV only activated the next day?

Answer summary
Yes, you can take a flight to Thailand on the same day you receive your DTV (Digital Travel Visa) approval email. The visa becomes active immediately upon receipt of the approval email, allowing you to travel as long as the date indicated in your visa file states that it is valid from that day.

The day you receive the approval email is the day the visa is active. So yes you could fly on the same day.
