TLDR : Answer Summary
The likelihood of successfully obtaining a DTV visa may depend on the applicant's home country and the specific Asian country from which they are applying. Some comments suggest that applicants may face challenges or have higher chances of issues when applying for a DTV visa outside of their home country.
