So, I'm in Vientiane, Laos, and want to apply for a DTV. My bank account is a fixed deposit, and I don't have a mobile banking app. Some people said the embassy wants to see your mobile wallet during the interview. What do you think I should do?

Pardon me but you should have researched the banking requirements before you went to Vientiane to apply for the DTV visa.

Fixed deposits are generally not accepted. It needs to be an instant access bank account. Not having an app won't matter if they won't accept your account anyway
