Hi all, today is my 90 day reporting date. Do I need to report to immigration? I work here in Thailand with a work permit.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you still need to report to immigration today for your 90-day reporting, even if you are on a work permit. It is advisable to complete this process as usual, as it ensures compliance with immigration regulations.

we are advising people on long term extensions to go do their 90 day report like normal

There is no down side to doing it, and there's no one at the immigration offices really, you'll be in and out in minutes

although technically you do qualify for the "no 90 day reporting amnesty" until the 31st of July if for some reason you just don't want to do a 90 day report.
