If I want to apply for a DTV in The Netherlands do I have to translate all my documents, which are in Dutch, in English by an official translate agency and also stamped by a notary?

Ik ben ook van plan dit te doen maar las om het beter niet in Nederland aan te vragen omdat 90 procent wordt afgewezen, laos is beter hoor ik iedereen zeggen online..iemand hier ervaring mee?
