Hi all. Regarding Non-O visa application, one of the requirements, do I need a 12 month rental lease or would a 6 month lease be ok?

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The requirement for rental leases when applying for a Non-O visa can vary by immigration office. While some applicants have successfully used a 6-month lease, it's advisable to check with your specific immigration office for their requirements. Other users have reported not needing a rental agreement at all in certain circumstances.

I just did mine through Chiang Mai with a 6-month no problems.

That depends on your immigration office. You need to get the list of requirements from them as each office has their own requirements.
