Do I need to have them on a bank account in Thailand when i apply the first time within the 90 days after arrival st the immigrstion on Samui ? Would appreciate your sdvices very much.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has received a Non OA Visa and inquired about needing to maintain an equivalent of 800,000 THB in a bank account while applying for immigration within 90 days of arrival in Thailand. The comments clarify that for a Non-OA visa, there is no requirement to show this amount in a Thai bank account initially. Instead, they need to demonstrate the required funds only when applying for a one-year extension, with the amount needing to be maintained in a Thai bank account for at least two months prior to the extension application.
