Currently on a non-b visa and am due in 4 weeks for 90 day report. Previously lived in bangkok and would do 90 day reports at chaengwattana.
6 weeks ago I moved to phang nga province and the place where I am staying submitted the tm30 at phang nga immigration. Does this mean I can now do my 90 day report at phang nga immigration or will I have to fly back to Bangkok to complete my 90 day report?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring if they can complete their 90-day report at Phang Nga immigration after submitting the TM30 there, despite previously residing in Bangkok. Responses indicate that as long as they can provide a valid explanation of their situation to immigration, they should be able to report in Phang Nga.

As long as you can explain to immigration why you have a work extension from Bangkok but are living in Phang Nga. You won't be able to do a 90 day report in Bangkok unless you have a TM30 from Bangkok.
