ORIGINAL POSTER
Currently on a non-b visa and am due in 4 weeks for 90 day report. Previously lived in bangkok and would do 90 day reports at chaengwattana.

6 weeks ago I moved to phang nga province and the place where I am staying submitted the tm30 at phang nga immigration. Does this mean I can now do my 90 day report at phang nga immigration or will I have to fly back to Bangkok to complete my 90 day report?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring if they can complete their 90-day report at Phang Nga immigration after submitting the TM30 there, despite previously residing in Bangkok. Responses indicate that as long as they can provide a valid explanation of their situation to immigration, they should be able to report in Phang Nga.

Mark Cowell As long as he can explain his work extension in Bangkok while living in Phang Nga.

The cost of not doing a 90 day report is 2000B, probably less than a return flight to Bangkok

but he doesn’t need to go to Bangkok. If TM30 filed where he is, and he’s currently there, he’s fine to file his 90 day there

I know, just pointing out the practicalities of what he thought he might have to do

As long as you can explain to immigration why you have a work extension from Bangkok but are living in Phang Nga. You won't be able to do a 90 day report in Bangkok unless you have a TM30 from Bangkok.
