If the visa is approved, how much time do we have to pick it up? I'm in Hanoi and consider going to another city for a few weeks. Can the visa wait?

Well, this genius managed to apply with all the necessary documents. Besides, the website didn't tell what exactly happens after approval. The other visas I applied for were in paper form
