Hello,

Quick question regarding cancelling my non ed visa

After cancelling it at immigration, how many days to i get to leave the country ?

Does it expires at the end of the current visa date or does it get cut ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
After cancelling your Non-ED visa at immigration, your last day in Thailand is determined by the termination letter from your school, not the current visa stamp. You must leave by the date on that letter, and if you apply for cancellation on the last day of your visa, you must depart within that day before 23:59.

That depends on your last day on the termination letter, not the current stamp or when you cancel your extension.

You cannot stay longer than that day.

You need a termination letter from your school to cancel your extension based on studying, not the first 90-day stamp from the Non-ED visa. That letter has your last date.

When you apply for the cancellation in advance, the last day you can stay will be that date.

When you apply for it on the last day, you must leave within that day, on or before 23:59.
