TLDR : Answer Summary
The average processing time for a non-B visa at the Thai embassy in Kuala Lumpur is usually one working day. Applications can be submitted on working days between 09:30 and 11:30 hrs, and visas can typically be collected the following working day between 14:30 and 16:30 hrs.

Did they ask for criminal record check from your own country based on being a teacher ?

KL is strict with their requirements, you have to use this checklist and tick all the boxes and sign it at the bottom.
