TLDR : Answer Summary
The turnaround time for receiving the 90-day reporting response by mail from Changwattena is currently taking anywhere from 3 weeks to up to 6 weeks. It is advised not to panic unless it has been longer than 6 weeks since dispatch.

because you mail your report to C/W and then they lug them out to MTT to process them and then mail them back to you I've seen it take up to 6 weeks.

So don't panic at all unless it's been more than that

As long as you've tracked it, it's no problem. In the past I've waited over three weeks.
