Hello, I am on extension of my 60day Tourist and i have to go out soon. I would like to fly out  to Laos Vientiane and go back via Border in Nong khai.

My question how long i have to stay in Laos before i can enter the Border to thailand again.

yes. You’ll get a 500 baht fine and an overstay stamp in your passport but that has no relevance for your return.

oh ok. If at an airport then you probably won’t get a fine when leaving as your overstay is under 24 hours. At a land border you would.

Just go to Nong Khai border, cross, go to duty free on Laos side, come back 30 min later, no problem.

You’re from Germany

and are entitled to 30 days visa exemption just at the border. If you want to apply for a new 60 days tourist visa you need to make an appointment with the thai embassy in Vientiane.

Same day if you can re-enter visa exempt, you'll have to stay a couple of nights if you're applying for a visa.

Last time I made that run, I was on the other side of the border just long enough to eat lunch.

I found easier to cross by land. With planes you have to wait at the airport each way, check-in, blah blah.
