How can I amend my 90-day report date to get the full 90 days since my last appointment in Thailand?

I recently did my 90 day report online. it was due on 21st may but i did it on 13th . 

i expected the next 90 day appointment to be 90 days from the 21st but it seems they've made it 90 days from the day i did the report.

how do i get this amended to give me the full 90 days ?
