2. i am a house owner - do i use Section 38 app to notify residents who stay in my home ? is this equals as "registering address" ? do i need to do this for myself too ?
3. this is the 3rd time i tried to do a 90 days report online for myself and got rejected, they always say my address doesnt match with the one in the system, i dont know why

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on how the online system for immigration reporting in Thailand functions, particularly in regard to the differences between the Immoservice and Section 38 apps. They want to know if, as a house owner, they should use the Section 38 app to notify residents, equating it to registering an address, and whether they need to do this for themselves as well. Additionally, they express frustration with repeatedly being unable to successfully file their 90 days report online due to discrepancies in address information.
