Stupid question but in a kind of emergency .... I tried to do 90 reporting with the app. Last time it worked now the app just not accept or goes back to start. So I thought I go to the website. Now I find all information about how to do it ..... but NOT the place where to do it online on the website. So where can I find the 90 day reporting on-line on the website???

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the location for online 90-day reporting on the Thai immigration website, as the user experienced issues with their app. In the comments, other users provided solutions, indicating that the immigration web-portal (tm47.immigration.go.th) is the best option for online reporting, along with links to the Android and iPhone eServices applications.

but at least you have a pending report now SO let's wait until Immigrations opens back up Tuesday and see if you get the email telling you it's approved or not.

If it is approved you go back into the system, use the 'Check Status' link and then you can access the "next appoinment" print function that gives you the receipt you carry in your passport and has the new 90 day report date on it

You can use one of the following three programs to do the online 90 day reporting:

Immigration web-portal [best option];

tm47.immigration.go.th

Android eServices application;

iPhone eServices application;

Thanks for the direct link to the web-portal, it was hidden behind a banner that was difficult to get ride of. But I was not able to login. Weird because after 3 attempts I could login at the eService android App. But doing the 90 day report took me about 1 hour .... first not accepting the arrival information. The trick was filling in a space at the flight no. Then the next page for reasons unknown did many times just did go back to the start of the app (filling in every for the 20th times). But suddenly it all worked and I have now a pending application for 90 day report.

if you have a pending 90 day report from the mobile app it's on the OLD system and you should do nothing with the new system (other than maybe register) until they email you telling you if you're approved or denied..

the NEW 90 day online system (that you get to from the immigration MAIN website) is a totally different login/password than the mobile apps AND those two systems are not connected in any way

Aha .... did not know that. That explains why I could not login. I only used the website once a long time ago. So probably still the old system. Wonderful to know they have 2 not intergraded systems now.

the new system which is at the immigration main web-link
