TLDR : Answer Summary
LTR visa holders in Thailand must submit their yearly report using the TM.91 form, either by visiting their local immigration office or via authorized personnel at the BOI office. The report is due within 15 days before or 7 days after the date specified on their notification card. Required documents include the TM.91 form, passport, arrival/departure card (TM.6), and possibly other forms depending on the circumstances.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES

Here is what BOI sent me for my yearly sign in

Dear David,

LTR Visa holders staying in Thailand for a period longer than 1 year consecutively are required to report the current address to the Immigration at One Stop Service Center for Visa and Work Permit (OSS) either in pery authorizing someone to report for you on your behalf. This report must be done on a yearly basis counting from LTR Visa issuance date (15 days before or 7 days after the date specified on 1-year report notification card). However, in the case of re-entering the Kingdom, the report will be due in 1 year from the date of the latest arrival.

The documents required to be submitted to the immigration are as follows.

- TM.91 Form (completely filled out and signed) (Download here:

I got the same reply recently. No online system as yet. Strangely the form is a TM95 instead of 61?

just to make sure. If I do not stay one year at once in Thailand, I do not have to report that. Is that correct?

You didn't leave the country in the 12 months since you got your stamp?

my understanding is everytime you enter Thailand from another country you get a stamp. It is from that stamp you have 364 days to report (you lose a day so it's not 365). But at the 5 year mark no matter what you have to do apply again for the second 5. So essentially with the LTR if you leave the country less than a year each time you know report at 5 years. TM30 still applies.

it's actually a website but I've never used it. So I'm not sure of it. Generally you're advised to do the first one in person.
