Trying to create an account to apply for an Evisa. My computer has Windows 11. I filled in all the info and tried to submit. It tells me I have to agree to terms and conditions first. When I click on terms and conditions, it only brings up a statement and there is no place to agree to anything. Has anyone seen this issue and resolved it?

I managed to get past the registration by using my password from last November. I was in Thailand back then and had a non immigrant o visa. Maybe it didn’t like having 2 registrations on one email. I am sure I will have other questions as the format of the application has changed since November.
