For those curious about re-entry on DTV - I came through BKK, had my printed Evisa, the only question asked was if this was my first time returning on the visa. Quick and easy! Props to 🇹🇭 for the best visa in SEA.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The re-entry process on the DTV visa in Thailand is reported to be smooth and efficient. One user shared their experience arriving at Bangkok (BKK) with a printed Evisa, stating that the only question asked was if it was their first time returning on that visa. Other comments in the discussion highlight the requirement of bringing the printed Evisa for each re-entry, wonder about the verification process (whether stamps or digital systems are used), and praise the DTV visa as one of the best options for digital nomads due to its multi-entry allowance.

Do you always have to bring the evisa printed out every time you reenter

Very useful to have in case of connection issues with your phone. Someone posted of an IO requesting to see the printout despite it being shown on their phone.

I wonder why he/she didnt just look at your stamps? Maybe just smalltalk? Or do they have the stampless system active now? Well computer screen shows quick too

they don’t always stamp on exit if you use the bio exit machines.

Also it’s normal for immigration to ask questions they already know. It’s double checking and validating who you are.

Yes, very smooth process. Definitely, the best SEA visa and probably the best digi nomad visa in the world. Can't think of anywhere else giving 5 years multi entry.

I'd say the LTR is a little better with the benefits it offers, but so much harder to qualify.

yet... many are not appreciating what the kingdom is offering and willing to open their mouth widely and talk negative and nonsense about the land gave them this opportunity.

Some people can't adapt to a culture; which is a shame. Time will filter these if not done by new rules.
