I got the DTV, will stay 2 years in Thailand, after this will go back for my country to stay like 1 year there, if I just want to travel for a while in Thailand, like 3 weeks, after staying 1 year outside, should I do immigration with the DTV Stamp or Tourism Stamp? My Passaport dont need visa for tourism.

My DTV is MuayThai.

Thank you so much for all the help! Kob kun ka

TLDR : Answer Summary
The DTV (Digital Nomad Visa) allows you to enter Thailand multiple times until it expires. Since you are planning to return to Thailand for a short trip of 3 weeks after a year in your home country, you should use your DTV for re-entry instead of switching to a tourist visa, especially since your passport does not require a visa for tourism.
