How do I extend my Non-O visa based on marriage at Samutprakan immigration, and will I need a bank statement?
Hello, anyone know how to extend a non-o visa marriage at Samutprakan immigration, do they need bank statement on the day I am going there?

I visited tje Samut Prakan office yesterday and I was told the same as Todd wrote by the IO (bank book update same day as you apply, bank letter can be up to 7 days earlier). Will post a picture of their requirement list below (Thai only). The entire list applies for the 1 yeat extension due to marriage, the orange highlighted section is what is needed for a 60 day extension to visit family.

you need to update your bank book on the date you go apply for the extension BUT I think they will accept a bank letter that's up to 7 days old.

in Chiang Mai the letter can be up to 7 days, but need to update the book bank the morning you apply and copy all the pages..
