A family member transferred me the 500k baht 3 months ago and its been in the account since to show the 3 statements.

How do i explain this in my cover letter that it came from family?

Has anyone else experienced this or had to explain this? Thanks

Assuming this is for DTV because of the 500k amount.

What embassy? No need to explain unless they ask. The requirement is just that you have it. Some embassies don't even require 3 months; some are fine with just having it there at the time of application.
