*90 day report not 90 day visa*

Hello, on dtv visa, leaving the country 91 days after I entered. Do I need to still file my 90 day report before I leave? I know there's a 7 day leeway to file after 90 days but not sure if leaving the country counts. Might file to be safe but anyone know if I have to?

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you are on a DTV visa and plan to leave Thailand 91 days after your entry, you are still required to file your 90-day report before leaving. The requirement to report does not change regardless of your departure date, as the reporting obligation is based on having been in Thailand for 90 days.

Keyword "91". If you left on the 90th day then you wouldn't need to report, but......

YES...you are responsible to file a 90 day report... WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN IN THAILAND 90 DAYS.

Leaving Thailand on the 91st day does not relieve you of the requirement to file the 90 day report.

You were in Thailand on the 90th Day.
