With the DTAC the last question asks if in the last 2 weeks have you been in a country where you,ve had malaria etc & if its a no then you ignore the question & it,s done...do you do the same if applying on the THIM
Answer summary
When completing the THIM ( Thailand Health Information Management) application, you must answer questions about recent travel to countries with yellow fever. Unlike the DTAC where the question can be left blank if the answer is 'no', for the THIM, you should indicate that you have not visited such countries. It's important to provide the countries you've traveled to within the last two weeks and upload your yellow fever certificate upon arrival in Bangkok for verification.

Derek Byford then you fill in what countries you have been to. You then. have to upload a copy of your yellow fever certificate.
When you arrive Bangkok you need to go to the health desk and they will physically check your yellow fever certificate and give you a slip which you need to pass to immigration
