Hey guys,

I’ve applied for DTV London.

Submitted all docs but now requesting an E ticket with my flights which I haven’t booked yet as want to wait for the approval. Has anyone else experienced this from London?

Any advice would be much appreciated 😊 applying for workation btw. Thank you

Happened to me. Just bought a flexible ticket for a few hundred quid more. Approved next day.

It's usually a positive sign that proves you're showing commitment. Wait a week to 10 days and hopefully you'll be successful.🤞

Buy the ticket with all the cancellable and change options available. Its not unreasonable to ask for this

But those options make the ticket much more expensive.

London is known to ask for an actual plane ticket while most other embassies just want flight details

Buy a plane ticket? It didn't work without so... The requirements are constantly changing and becoming stricter. If they ask for a plane ticket, I believe you’ll need to provide one to avoid being denied.

Anonymous participant 318 yeah best for him/her to just book a refundable one that can be cancelled for a small fee in case of the visa being denied
