How can I work at two part-time teaching jobs under one work permit in Thailand?

thanks. I'm wondering the process, if one gets the second name placed on the permit inside or out of the country. The school does support this but are unsure exactly of the above, as it's their first time doing this too, so I'm trying to gather info. Dr Google so far only tells me it's possible.
