How can I upload documents for DTV if they are too large?
How do you up load the documents needed for dtv. Everytime I try it says the files are too big, even when they are suppressed.
Answer summary
The user is experiencing issues with uploading documents for DTV due to file size limitations. The general file size limit is 3MB, and several community suggestions include using mobile devices to resize files, employing free compression apps on PCs, utilizing online file compression utilities, and converting files to JPG format before adding them to PowerPoint and exporting as PDF, which often resolves issues with government websites.
