Hi everyone - hoping to get some advice from anyone who’s been through the DTV application recently 🙏
I’ve submitted my application via the London embassy and have been asked for additional supporting documents. One issue I’m running into is that the visa portal only seems to allow a single file upload per section.
For example, I need to submit multiple invoices and supporting income documents, but I can only upload one file at a time. I’m also wondering how others have managed this?
Also slightly related - I’ve been told to remain in the UK while my application is being processed, but I already have travel booked for early May. I’d really appreciate hearing how others have handled timing/travel during the application process as well.
Any experiences or advice would be massively appreciated - thanks in advance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on how to submit multiple supporting documents for their DTV visa application, as the online portal only allows one file upload per section. They inquire about the best practices for merging documents, considering they have travel plans while their application is being processed. Responses suggest using PDF merging tools to combine documents into a single upload, and emphasize the importance of staying in the UK until the visa application is finalized to avoid potential complications.
You need to remain in the UK until the visa process completes or you risk the visa being refused. Hopefully it will all be done before your travel booking
You can combine documents online using free software that does this and creates a single pdf file from multiple documents. Or you can print off the documents and scan them all into a single pdf which you can then attach as a single document
Nongnuch Kamdee was for a different kind of visa (business), but with the same online system. I think maybe I phoned them first, can't remember, but if I did, then they said to send by email.
