How can I submit my ATK test results if the Morchana app doesn't allow it?

Hi everyone. I am trying to do the 6-7 days after arrival ATK but the Morchana app doesn't have an option to submit the result. Is there another way to submit the result or there is something I am missing here.

I emailed to hotel and bbc’d myself in and requests they confirm received.

They replied back the next day.
