TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is having trouble accessing the visa application screen for a Non-Immigrant O-A visa after previously getting there during a dry run. They attempted to select options but could not do so. Other users suggested deleting pending applications and clicking 'add application' instead of using the back button. It was noted that if there are issues with basic information or saved applications from the past, the user might encounter difficulties in progressing. Finally, the user confirmed that deleting older saved data resolved their issue.

Once you choose long stay, it should automatically fill the multiple box choice

Don't click the back button after you cleared the pending application folder. Just click add application.

If not, log out completely and log in again.

Go to pending applications and delete the files. You can then start again.

The system will default to your previous choice if you have a pending application.
