TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing difficulties with the Thai visa application form on the thaivisa website for the London embassy, specifically not being able to select the 'multi' option for a METV visa. Community members suggest trying different web browsers, mention requirements like providing a bank statement showing sufficient funds, and share their own experiences with the application process, including issues with document submission and the need for a confirmation letter of residence.

Nearly finished my application but is asking for a letter of confirmation of where I am living. I have provided the address and contact number of the place I am staying but don't have a letter to confirm this. Would my visa be rejected if I didn't provide a letter or would I be OK? Thanks in advance

Back in June it would not offer 'multi' for my O visa based on marriage. Didn't bother to tell me that they were no longer on offer. A single is all I could get.

Otherwise try a different city’s embassy who still accept paper apps... I think Hull has one...
it did come up on some page somewhere that the digital applications are only being trialled at certain embassy’s
But I think London is only embassy to apply to now
Two years ago Liverpool was an option for me but their website states all applications must use London embassy
So as always it’s confusing information everywhere
It was only last week that the thai minister for immigration addressed the BBC news about changing the process of TM30 since admitting it is flawed

When you scan everything you need to edit the picture, compress it, click on ‘web pages’ and save each pic first as then they will be accepted, plus the passport photo needs to be the correct size first as well, a good photo shop will have a sizing machine for all countries...hope this will be of help to all ...

I got my e-visa and just copied my Gov pension form which only shows £150 a week, that got through no problem...

Sometimes using the Microsoft browser works better than Google or Safari. Seems thai like Microsoft.

I did it recently and yes, it‘s a nightmare. It has issues with browsers and other issues. I got there in the end for my Non Imm O visa. Back in Thailand now. Good luck.
good shout mate will give that a good see if that works. Someone had also mentioned you need to provide a bank statement, shown you have over 5k in the bank is this the case as the website doesn't seem to mention this
thanks for that. Yeah I though so just couldn't see where it said it. Sorry just one last question if you can help please. The photograph you need to provide is it just standard UK passport size?

The website does mention this on the application rules and requirements
