Hello, does anyone know how you can get a Thai drivers licence renewed?
I heard they introduced an online booking system, but I can't use it because it wants a Thai ID.
In Phuket - does anyone have experience of the DLT here? Can I just turn up like I did when I got my licence a few years ago?

TLDR : Answer Summary
To renew a Thai driver's license in Phuket, you can visit the local DLT office with your old driver's card, a medical certificate, and your passport. It's recommended to go early in the morning, as the renewal process usually takes about half a day. There's no need for an appointment, and the process is generally straightforward for foreigners.
I don't think they are requiring foreigners to make an appointment, since you can't. DLT is pretty straight forward and helpful, much different from immigration offices.
You go to the driving office in your province with your old card driver with certificate medical and passport early morning you will have some test to do and is finish around 12 hoo you have the new one he take half day if you for the first one in morning
