What are the steps to renew a driver's license in Thailand, and how can I confirm my movie viewing requirement?
On another note...what steps do I take to renew a driver's license? I heard I can watch the required movie at home online. How do they know if I've watched it? Link?
Answer summary
To renew your driver's license in Thailand, you must complete an online training course with a movie that you must watch in full, followed by a quiz. You need to provide a proof of residence letter, a medical certificate, and pass several tests including a reaction test. Be prepared to submit your passport and a copy of your data page as well.

You need a proof of residence letter from immigration or your embassy, if you don't have a work permit with your address in it. You need the medical certificate the same as when you first got your license. You need to pass the reaction test, the colorblindness test, and the depth perception test, your passport, and a copy of your data page.

Got to run the whole thing before it will let you proceed, then questions which are pretty straight forward.
