Hi mr. Tods MTT ask me to come back to renew this 15th july but i cant still open there websites for que/appt. Can help to give advise or got any way to make appt at MTT thank u for your answer

they took the appointment system down for maintenance about 2 weeks ago. So they have no other alternative than to take walk-ins since it hasn't been possible to make an appointment since then.
